All items are full custom, made just for you and not eligible for return.
1. International Duties
For our international clients, we are excited to be sending our items to all of you around the globe, but please be aware that we cannot control any additional charges placed upon your order once it ships outside of Canada and the USA. All international parcels may be subject to duties & taxes. This is dependent on the country's customs policy and payable by the customer. All duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer once the order arrives in its destination country.
2. Where Does My Order Ship From?
All Canadian orders are shipped from Langley , BC. All American orders are shipped from Blaine, Washington.
3. How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a Canada Post or Purolator tracking number. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam, junk and promotions folders...sometimes they are hiding!
4. Received The Wrong Item?
Apologies for the mix-up! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to look into it and get you your correct items as fast as possible.
