Return Policy

Sometimes things happen! We offer exchanges and returns on all full price merchandise within 30 days at the shipping cost of the purchaser. Please note that there are some exclusions including Masks, HooDoos and some collaborations. All sale items are final sale, no exchange or return.

Please ensure to include your name, return address, and order details within your return or exchange package. We also suggest that you hold on to you shipment receipt with the tracking number just in case!

1. Local Pick Up?

We do offer pick up in store option at check out. We are offering this pick up service at our Showroom located at #203 - 20771 Langley By-pass, Langley, BC V3A 5E8 Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 5 days for pick up after your order has been placed. Once your order is ready for pick up we will reach out to you to arrange a date and time that works for both of us!

2. COVID-19

Please note that we are still shipping orders. Due to the uncertainty of the current situation, orders are expected to take 3-5 days to ship. Our longer shipment window is due to implementing elevated safety precautions during COVID19. You will be updated with a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please note that all shipping companies are currently experiencing their own delays which are out of our control. 3. International Duties

For our international clients, we are excited to be sending our items to all of you around the globe, but please be aware that we cannot control any additional charges placed upon your order once it ships outside of Canada and the USA. All international parcels may be subject to duties & taxes. This is dependent on the country's customs policy and payable by the customer. All duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer once the order arrives in its destination country.  

4. When Will My Order Ship

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping times vary based on the shipping address provided and ship speed but we always aim for our orders to be shipped out the following business day. Please note that shipping delays may occur during high demand periods like sale events or holidays.

5. Where Does My Order Ship From?

All Canadian orders are shipped from Langley , BC. All American orders are shipped from Blaine, Washington.

6. How Can I Track My Order? 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a Canada Post or Purolator tracking number. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam, junk and promotions folders...sometimes they are hiding!

7. Package Taking Longer Than Expected?

We know how exciting it is to have a package in the mail! Please email us at orders@atacsportswear.com and we will assist you with locating your package. Please note, all packages are expected to ship within 3-5 business days of being placed.

10. Order Received Damaged Or Faulty?

Here at ATAC we take the quality of our products very seriously and we can assure you that any damages or faulty products will be compensated for. Please send us an email that includes photos of the damages to orders@atacsports.com and we will have your new items shipped out ASAP!

11. Received The Wrong Item?

Apologies for the mix-up! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at orders@atacsports.com and we’ll be sure to look into it and get you your correct items as fast as possible.
